Jaxton’s Eagle project consisted of power washing the entire Leo Cedarville wooden park. It was a massive undertaking that took almost 100 hours of planning, preparation and actual power washing. He had to recruit helpers, including grandpa, Simplx workers, siblings, and friends. He prepared the park so that it could be stained in the spring. The town of Leo was very happy to have this work done And he was so glad to have completed it.
We got to honor Jaxton at his Eagle court of honor. He had a full display of all of his years of scouting memorabilia. They made a cake in his honor and he received an American flag that actually flew over the nation‘s capital in Washington DC on a specified date. He has a plaque in his honor put on the wall at the Troop 2 lodge along with all of the other 200 Eagle Scouts that have come through the troop. Jaxton was Eagle Scout number 198. We are proud of him and he can be very proud of himself as well! Congrats!
