Las Vegas & ISC West

Part of our Las Vegas Trip included ISC West with our Simplx staff.  Once the cousins left for home, we moved into the Venetian Hotel with the family.  We explored the Venetian, enjoyed watching the Gondola singers, and explored the strip.  Jaxton was thrilled to participate in the conference this year.  Since he is 18 and an intern at Simplx he was included in the DMP Owners Forum as well as the ISC West training classes and itinerary.  Even Linda was able to get a badge and see the floor for a bit.

Spring Break 2025 - Las Vegas with Cousins

We took the whole family to Las Vegas for spring break.  The Giraldi family and my mom and dad met us in Vegas for about 5 days.  We got an AirBnb with a pool and spent a lot of time hanging with cousins, cooking meals together, swimming in the pool, playing different games and enjoying the Las Vegas Strip together. There was lots of family bonding time.

Grandma put together a unique game for all of us to play.  She and Gramps set up a table with lines on it.  At each line was a small container of some kind of condiment or topping.  We would roll an oreo down the table and whichever line it landed on would be the condiment that the oreo gets dipped in.  She had BBQ sauce, mustard, ketchup, whipped cream, peanut butter, and several others.  It was super creative.  If you dipped that oreo and ate it, then you got to look underneath the corresponding cup for instructions on where to look throughout the whole house to find your prize.  Grandma had prizes like cash, candy, goodies.  The biggest prize was a $100 bill that was floating in a cup inside the pool if you dipped your oreo into mustard.  Little Nathan won that prize and he was absolutely thrilled!!

We took the family and all the cousins to the strip to explore the M&M store, the Coca Cola Store, the Bellagio Fountains, and to the sights and sounds.  So much to see!  It was sensory overload at night!

We took the girls and the adults to see Carrie Underwood.  It was a fantastic show!  Kaylee's first concert ever.  She is a phenomenal singer and performer, with a good kind heart.

Last we took everyone to the Excalibur to see the Tournament of Kings.  Half of us cheered for Norway and half of us cheered for Spain!  We ate with our fingers like vikings and cheered for our knight as they battled with swords on horses.
