Carving Pumpkins

The giant pumpkins we got at the Wawaka farm Pumpkin Patch were waiting for us to carve them!  Each kid had a different agenda with their pumpkin and it was fun to see their creative juices flowing.  Jaxton got right to work with not a second thought in mind.  He found a photo online, printed it, and hand drew it onto his pumpkin.  It was detailed and he cut very carefully.

Kaylee immediately found a Sponge Bob picture and hand drew it onto her pumpkin.  She painted it Sponge Bob colors and it turned out so great!

Dawson wanted to carve his and wanted his to be super traditional, just like in movies and in stories.  He has a great carved Jack-O-Lantern face on his.

Nathan wanted a frightening pumpkin this year and decided to paint his white with a black scary face.

Owen was intentionally kept away from all knives.... he painted his with chalk markers and some paint and ended up with a colorful pumpkin.

Cooper is yet to carve his.  We will see what he comes up with!
