Welcome Elene! We were invited to host an exchange student from Spain for a three week exchange experience. We decided to go with it, as our household is already full and busy and another person in our family would be exciting! Elene arrived on Wednesday night and was very excited to meet us. She memorized my description of our family and she found us all on social media and could name off all the kids and the pets, and even asked us if we owned the lake! She was well educated on us! She and Kaylee have become quick friends and Cooper loves to make her laugh. She has two older brothers in their 20s so our house full is different and unique for her. She is easy-going and goes with the flow and we’re excited to show her around the USA! First day, we went to the Allen County Fairgrounds, an all American experience. She saw the animals, the carnival rides, the hot air balloon glow. All the different types of people here in America showed up to the fair. Definitely a first all-American day in the United States!
